The hotel is located in a quiet residential area near the city center, nestled between traditional urban housing. It consists of five levels: basement, ground floor, and four upper floors. The ground floor houses the main lobby with a reception area furnished with modern furniture, complemented by geometric forms throughout the walls, ceilings, and floors, creating an attractive and dynamic space. The reception is designed in a twisted form inspired by natural motifs, with a central cut revealing the wall finishes behind and visually connecting all elements in the space. Geometric shapes dominate—walls, ceilings, floors—and combined with lighting, they enhance the form and dynamic experience of the space. Carefully designed ceilings emphasize spatial zones and make the space appear larger. Sophisticated furniture softens the dynamics and sharpness of the elements, resulting in a playful yet elegant and pleasant space. The interior is further enriched with greenery. Natural materials are prevalent—marble, wood, and leather are used for both finishes and furniture. Services include a breakfast restaurant, meeting room, and a small SPA center. Accommodation capacity includes 37 rooms: 12 luxury, 12 mid-range, and 13 standard. All are double rooms. The pre-existing structure dictated constraints that influenced the final room layout. Each room is organized with a clearly defined entrance zone leading to the bathroom block. The ambiance corresponds to the room classification: luxury, mid-range, or standard.
